A strategic UX initiative to define the future of incident response and observability at Intuit.
The project introduced a unified experience framework and AI-driven design principles that empower engineers to detect, collaborate, and recover swiftly during service disruptions.




Uber Rider fare review
Create a well-designed, educational support experience for Uber riders who contact support regarding fare disputes, even after the upfront fare has been honored.
Through the proposed fare education experience, we aim to ensure that:
1. They have a good understanding of our fare system.
2. They have a higher perception of transparency in decision-making.
3. They receive a resolution they perceive to be fair.

Build a unified platform and framework for regions to optimize Refund and appeasement spending through data—and ML-based decisioning.
